Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I paid $150 for Sand Beige floor mats from the factory, and they came black. I accepted them because they will not show dirt as much, but now I decided I want the sand beige because they go with my interior. I called Suncoast and talked to Phil, Ric was busy, I rdered the Sand Beige mats which he had in stock and with the discount he cahrged me $85. Russ
Sounds familiar. Ordered mine with the gray mats and they weren't there when I got the car. Dealer would order new ones if I wanted, but looked at black ones inside and liked the complimentary color scheme so kept the black ones. I know how you feel Russ!!!!!!
