Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

you need to take the heat shield off covering the spark plugs. If memory serves me right it's the plastic sensor closest to the rear of the car. Very easy to remove if you know how to do plugs. I assume it's throwing the code on bank 1 or 2. Swap out sensors to other bank and confirm the code moves and to make sure you have the right sensor. There are multiple sensors that deal with CAM deviation. I had a post about my issue not to long ago on here. Turned out mine wasn't the easy sensor to reach, of course! Andrew
