Hi I have had my car 996 2002 at the Audio fitters fitting a Dension Gateway 500 the problem they are having is with the Bluetooth for the iphone. when connected the PMC2.0 will not down load the contacts from the phone to the PCM2 :nooo: so when you have an incoming call there is no caller Id. Is this the norm Dension are so hard to contact to get info. My second option is to have the Gateway 500 for the Ipod music only then have the addition of a Parrot system. Has anyone got any helpful info Please Regards Steve M

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi Steve I had the devil's own job of getting a Dension to work in my 2003 C4S. The IPOD worked fine, but the bluetooth phone system was hit and miss and never ever transferred the contacts from numerous types of phone. In the end, I returned the whole thing and had a Mobridge ABT2010 installed by Cartronics in Byfleet, Surrey, and all has worked very well. The IPOD interface takes a while to get used to.
