Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

This from today's Wall Street Journal, "A Nokia executive is challenging the $103,000 fine he was fiven for driving 15 mph over the speed limit in Helsinki in October. In Finland, traffic fines are tied to a violator's income, and the man argues that his has fallen." Based on this, I wonder what would the fine would have been for something serious...

POST 2Original post

If you speed, spit, litter, or drive recklessly in Singapore, they take you to a public square and pull your pants off, make you assume the position, and take 3 lashings from a rattan stick. If you pass out before the 3 lashes are over, a medic comes by, revives you with smelling salts, and then when you wake up, the lashing continues. In Afghanistan, you drive you camel funny they cut your ***** off. :-)

POST 3Original post

In New York city, they now take your car away for driving funny. To me, that is worse than Singapore and Afghanistan's punishments.
