Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

Is it just coincindence that K-Man-S and MPollard, two of the most prolific and knowlegable posters here, both have speed yellow Caymans ? Actually, is there anyone else here who has speed yellow as well? CP

POST 2Original post

I'd probably make the argument that it takes a real Porsche nut to drive Speed Yellow, and yes there are some other SY owners out there. /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/shades_smile.gif 3 of my 4 Porsches have been Speed Yellow (one was Atlas Grey), so I have no idea what that means. When I was growing up yellow cars were not a big deal to me, but for some reason I really like Porsche's speed yellow. Maybe it is the name... /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/beer2.gif

POST 3Original post

My speed yellow was on the same boat as Ken's but hasn't been delivered to my dealer yet. Alan

POST 4Original post

Mine will be delivered on the first days of March Speed Yellow / Blue Sea

POST 5Original post

Ken, do you keep your Atlas Grey boxter or did you already sell him?

POST 6Original post

Atlas Grey Boxster S was traded in on the Cayman S . It is for sale at my dealer if anyone is interested.

POST 7Original post

Ken, I'd argue it just takes a sports car nut to get yellow. This will be my third yellow sports car, but my first yellow Porsche. Up until this one all my other Porsches have been black or white, to me the Cayman just looks 'right' in SY (at least from the pictures). Hopefully I'll find out first hand in the next few days!

POST 8Original post

I don't like SY in pictures, but it's jaw dropping in person, one of the best colors. It goes great with the blk interior.
