What exactly are you trying to do? Install a new tray? The tray is definitely a cumbersome design I agree. A little more info on what you are trying to do may be helpful.

As the heading says, connect headlight tray to fender. I got it figured out, and I know it would be a ******************** to explain, but no one tried. Thanks any way, Bruce

Bruce, chill man. I read your post and quite frankly didn't understand it. Phrase it in the form of a question and maybe it will lead to something constructive. Personally I've never had an issue with the headlight 'tray'. People here genuinely like to help buy throw us a bone man.
