Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Looking at my Spyder's PCCB, it strikes me that the size of the rotors are larger than the standard brakes on my last Spyder, yet it isn't anywhere near the size of PCCB on my GT3. So does anyone know how many different types of PCCBs Porsche makes? And what is the size of PCCB on the Spyder? Thanks.

POST 2Original post

Not 100% sure the Spyder is the same as the Cayman , but per the FAQ ( Planet-9 - FAQ: Cayman Options ): Front Brake Rotor Size: 13.8" / 1.3" (350mm x 34mm) Front Brake Pad Area: 17.36 sq-inch (112 cm2) Rear Brake Rotor Size: 13.8" / 1.1" (350mm x 28mm) Rear Brake Pad Area: 9.61 sq-inch (62 cm2)

POST 4Original post

Thanks guys. I have to admit that it looks much better than the puny 318/299mm rotors on my first Spyder! So does all 911s get the big 380mm PCCB like on my GT3 or do they get the 350mm like the Spyder?
