Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Caps While I'm on a roll I thought id paint my badly scuffed release catches here are some before, during and after pics

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

After carefully masking and flatting them off, I gave them 2 coats of high build primer then 2 coats of silver then 2 coats of 2 pack clear

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Here they are all done, I very slightly marked one with my nail demising but its not bad Im a graphic designer so Have redrawn the icons and my mate who has a vinyl company will make the stickers for me to apply All in all an easy job, masking was the tricks bit. At the same time I'm getting new transfers made for the calliper repaint (next job)

This looks great, and is a task that I was planning to do! But the hold-up had been the duplication of the pictures. So if your mate could make a spare set of decals, I'd be keen to get some also. Can do? Thanks - DM

No worries I got a spare set made, alternatively I could email you the artwork I created and any local vinyl to you will be able to use it.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Forgot I hadn't posters a picture with the decals on Iv made it slightly thicker as is was thinner than the parameters of the vinyl cutter but I think it looks stock.

POST 7Original post
