Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

I would like to take out the sports seats and have the base painted. I would like to know how to remove the seats and the seat control buttons. Where can I find the relevant instructions to do that?

POST 2Original post

Probably shown in some of the GT3 seat install articles in the Articles section but basically it is 4 bolts that hold the seats in at the rails, and then some quick disconnects for the electrical stuff and the seat comes out... BTW, the factory doesn't paint the bases on the sport seats, just the seatbacks, factory doesn't paint the airbag covers either. Just an FYI.

POST 4Original post

Poser, Can I ask you to please put your car in the Registry? My first thought is that you must have a different year and Porsche has made a change, but your car isn't in the Registry so I can't compare it to mine or others with sport seats.
