Dealer is 1.5 hr. drive so my wife and I spent the night in motel right next to the dealer so I could get the car in early for the clear bra installation. I got a kick out of the view from our room... took this pic out the bathroom window of the motel:
So, how did the clear bra installation go?
The full kit installation took 2 guys about 4 hours... looks nice. I'm sure I paid top dollar ($1200) but it was through the dealer and at least I got a Cayenne to drive for the morning while we waited for the car. BTW, the Cayenne is not a Porsche... at least it sure doesn't drive like any other Porsche I have driven!!!
What was covered in your "full installation"?
For $1200 you must have down a pretty extensive installation. Could you take some pics. sure would like tosee it. Thanks Russ
Has anybody else had a clear bra installed before? Any experience with these folks: www.xpel.com ? My understanding is that they are good for about 5 years, then they have to be replaced? Anybody know about what the removal effort is? LL
