Hi all, At the moment I have a pair of newly modified exhausts (bypass mod 1" stainless pipe) on ebay (with the seams also tig welded). These are off my 2001 C2. I understand that these will also fit a C4? The reason for posting this is that I'm getting questions from people asking if I know which 996's these will fit. Does anyone know if these will go on a C2, C4 from year 1998 to 20?? I need to answer the questions from a few potential buyers. Thanks
Assuming they are 996.1/3.4 mufflers, they will fit any 996.1/3.4 Carrera (ie 2WD, AWD, manual, Tip etc etc). They won't work well on (although they will fit) a 996.2/3.6. If they happen to be 996.2/3.6 mufflers you obtained after-market, they will fit and work on any 996 Carrera.
