Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

I picked up my Artic Silver baby this afternoon from my local dealer in Oakland, CA after placing my order on 11-22-05. The purchase process was fairly painless, as it should be when one pays MSRP. I tried and I tried but I couldn't get them to budge off MSRP. Can't say that I blame them though since it's a seller's market for the Cayman. I must say my baby has a sweet and deep growl when you blip the peddle. I am pretty sure it will be impossible to control myself and stay within 4000 rpm for 2k miles! And here is some unseful information: I've ordered several accessory items from Suncoast after pricing the same items at my local dealer. The Suncoast discount for us is very very good! The great thing was Phil Anderson didn't say 'we can't get the red seatbelts' like my local friends did: he was honest and said it will take a few weeks but they'll get them and ship as soon as they can. At any rate, I'm off now to pick up a six pack of brew - one can at a time. /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/hi.gif Gene
