Anyone know how to get into contact with Schnell? The lever that comes out the side (Drivers side) with a ball on the end has stripped in its socket. Looks like a manufacturing defect to me. Causes LOTS of side to side play. I can't seem to find them on the Web (other than resellers).

Well, apparently Schnell is "owned" by Vertex now? Only a 1 year warranty etc. etc. So even though you can see it is defective they won't do anything but offer 20% off full retail. I am just glad it is loose and that it did not fall out. I am going to see if I can retap the hole. Will go B&M or Porsche for the shifter. NOT Schnell, if I can't repair it.

Agreed. I think they erred in not just doing a straight swap. Their response was to copy and past their warranty statement in an email to me. I could not find it on the Schnell site at all. So I guess as long as you can produce it via email you can say "Sorry Sucker".
