Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi - could anyone let me know if 997 GT3 front 6-Piston calipers are a straight swap for the standard front callipers on a 997 Carrera S? Or would they require adaptor plates? Many thanks

Suncoast do an upgrade kit for a very reasonable $3000. It would be cheaper however to just upgrade your pads, discs and fluids. A slightly more aggressive pad would probably yield better results than the GT3 upgrade as ultimately the benefit of bigger calipers is only really felt on track after constant use. http://www.suncoastparts.com/product/6Piston.html?...
