Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Has anyone ever added a computer switch to the turn signal/wiper/cruise control combo switch on the steering column?

POST 2Original post

I have a 2008 Gallardo Spyder that did not come with books. I ordered them but in the mean time I have a question. What does the switch next to the lights switch do? It looks like a fog lamp switch but doesn't seem to activate anything on my car. Is this a dummy switch? Thanks in advance. -Jeff

Quote: Good question! I have the books but I didn't look for that! Maybe tomorrow I will look for it.

POST 5Original post

I've been on a search for my future Gallardo, and I wonder what a lot of those buttons are: 1) The ones below the heated seats button...I've seen one of them with something on it, but not the opposite side? 2) The buttons right in front of the e gear or manual....looks like there are 4? Most of the time, I see them blank. Spyder top switch?

Quote: I'm guessing at this: The far right button is usually for the front lift. To the left of that is the rear view camera button. I don't know what the first 2 buttons on the left side of the outside mirror control are.

POST 7Original post

Light switch does nothing in US models. It is strictly for European models that require the rear fog lights.

POST 8Original post

Buttons next to rear view mirror switch are for lift system after 2005 and for the top control on Spyder's. If you don't have a Spyder and you have a 2004, the plate is blank.

Quote: Thank you. I imagined I was pressing this on and off and in an alternate universe some guy was in his Gallardo saying "What the hell is wrong with my lights!".
