Just curious if any 996 owners have driven the new Boxster S? I love the look of the new Boxster and the reviews are pretty spectacular. It's out of the cards for me TODAY with a 5-year old that I can tote in the 996, but I'm thinking in about 4 years when she can ride in the front seat, I'll be looking for a used 2012 Boxster S! Eddie P.S. Full disclosure, I had a 2000 Boxster S and am a fan. But the new doors and the wider stance really make the current model stand out, IMHO.

yup, they're awesome
Boxsters in general are a hoot. I've been driving my '6 Turbo for over a year and a half and forgot how fun the Boxsters are. I drove my wife's for several miles and a couple of hours last weekend. It's been a fixture around here going on 13 years and has all of 25K miles on it. It still looks brand new and is tight and I must admit it's nearly as fun as the Turbo, just not as fast and a bit more cramped.
yep the car is crazy went to the porsche drive at montecello , drove all the new cars
Zabuch, given you drove all the news ones, what stood out the most?
