Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 2Original post

No offence, but I would never remove those sideskirts. They are OEM and they look great on your car, especially your car in red. They look awesome. Leave them....

POST 3Original post

They should be attached with just tape and clips so you can remove them no problem That said, they look terrific!

POST 4Original post

Let me know if you are interested in selling them.

POST 7Original post

Why not add the front splitter and rear wing to complete the look then?

POST 8Original post

EDoyle I agree with you, I think the car would look better without the flared rockers unless you went to the full aero kit.

POST 9Original post

I can understand why you feel the skirts are currently "out of place" without the front/rear pieces to complement it. I was lucky that the car I bought had the full aero kit If removing the skirts will NOT create more work (paint underneath is a different shade, holes to patch/paint, etc.), then as other shave suggested, leave em.

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

After peeking under the front portion of one of the skirts I realize now that it might show that they where once on (small stone chips on part of the rocker, none under the skirt=will show a difference. I think it would all look much better in my eye if the car was a bit lower (I'm used to seeing my old ca on x74 suspension). I might try some H&R springs.
