Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

17 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Gonna need some parts to bring my '99 C2 back up to spec. Found https://norspecdismantling.com/ and left a message but wondering if there are other places to contact other than ebay and craigslist. Would be nice to deal with confirmed reputable shops rather than crossing fingers... Thanks!

POST 3Original post

I have purchased parts from http://www.dcauto.com/ Their website works half the time but its easy to email/call them directly.

My 996 and 986 both are full of Norspec parts....In fact, its pretty much the first place I go. Since they are a young company, they occasionally may not have your part right away but They have great customer service.

No, not that much. We upload photos of new cars on Instagram most frequently. This is the best place to see what new cars we have in. Ebay has a full and exhaustive list of parts currently in inventory. This is the best way to see a description, photos, availability and price of parts. Call/text is the best way to speak with a human about... anything, really. Looks like we missed the opportunity to talk with you over email. Sorry about that! If you ever need anything in the future, I'd be happy to talk with you over the phone.

POST 16 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I texted Norspec today and got instant responses. Hope we can work together in the future for sure!

I recently got some parts from a fellow parting out a boxster on craiglist. There are lots of people out there doing this with totaled cars. Remember many boxster parts fit 996.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
