Any useful things done with the wiring from the light after the ashtray delete is done. My guess is what little power it does provide is only provided when the lights are turned on?

I just replaced the shifter and bought the cables too so although affordable at a �100+ I would have to wait on that consideration for now. Wished there was a domestic supplier for that product.
