Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Mine broke today. Right signal won't stay up, left signal won't cancel. Seems to be a common problem. My question is this: I have seen (or maybe I dreamed it) that the trip computer is pre-wired and installed, and that people have accessed their "non-equipped" cars, with aftermarket toggles to make theirs work. If that's the case, I'd like to buy the assembly that has the computer stalk on it, and plug it in, since I'm going to be replacing that assembly anyway. Am I onto something here...or did I just type a bunch of nonsense...you won't hurt my feelings either way.
