Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I just picked up a set of winter wheels and tires this morning. 18x8 and 18x10, 225/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rears. The guy I purchased them from had them on his 04 996c4, so he has spacers on the wheels for the wider body. Should I remove these spacers, or leave them on for my 02 cab? I dont recall the exact size of the spacers off hand, but I can go down to the car and check if its necessary.

POST 2Original post

if they were on a widebody the rears probably had 25mm spacers. You would not use these, but measure before you mount
