Was just on Autotrader, and was looking at 911 turbos, and found this one. 2001 Porsche 911 turbo in Pa. for $35,450. How can that be possible? I'm not currently in the market, but it sounds like a very good buy if records are available and it undergoes a PPI.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Please tell me it wasn't that awful green color with the green interior. I really can't stand to see that car again....
No, it was silver w/gray interior...but sounds like an auction dealer.
That car is down the street from me. If you need someone to look it over let me know.
Except for the bumperettes, it looks like a really nice car. Here it for those that are curious! http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false
Wow, for a Low mile turbo.. that does sound look like a good price.
Too low - something is wrong there. Gotta be a story car.

Agree. Is it just me, or does the driver's seat look a little worn for a car w/ only 16k miles? And to nitpick, the bumper is quite a bit out of alignment - could mean nothing, but...
Cars shown "by appointment only" is not a place I would shop.

Thanks, but I'm not in the market. Just thought I would share a low price for a 911 Turbo.

Thanks for posting. Looked like a very good price.

Why is that?
that price is way to low.... maybe 2nd gear pop out, accident, whatever.... I would run it through the wringer before pulling the trigger.
*REPOST* found it first
that is a salvage car.
JYO - how do you know?
I'm betting the front end was hit. Notice how the hood doesn't line up with the bumper?

Did you read their write-up? Due to our large inventory cars and the pace in which our inventory turns, our wide selection of vehicles is shown BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Oh well, to each his own. But when a car is bought buy a flipper at an auction, do you think (a) they know ANYTHING about the car; (b) know the history; (c) have any service records; (d) etc??????
there are a bunch of places that seem shady in manheim pa, and i don't hink i would shop here. there's a place called manheim car king and their prices are pretty low, but i didn't get a good feeling when i was there.
car IS salvage - heard back from seller. stolen recovery with a rebuilt title.
