Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Sold my 4S cab in September. I have a 2016 M4 Vert on order. Picking it up at the Performance Center SC next month. I miss my Pcar everyday. Rennlist too. I'll be back sometime in the future. My next car may be a 997.2 or 991 TT. Bye for now...

POST 2Original post

That's a pity - from what I hear from others in similar situation is you'll probably end up back owning a Pcar anyway :P What was your decision to sell?

POST 3Original post

Have fun with the M4! I'll bet you are back in a Porsche sooner rather than later!

POST 4Original post

They always come back . . . Oh, and Jay, I see you found the regular 996 forum. Good move. Things are quite a bit less "prickish" over here.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

A few things. I have a terrible habit/hobby/addiction of not keeping cars long. I wanted more power and the TT was a bit out of reach. Plus, i've been a long time BMW and ///M owner and just wanted to check out the new M car. Great power and a ton of torque. It's going to be a blast to drive - tire shredding drift monster. Someone also rear ended my 4S. It was relatively minor body damage, but it took a little shine off the apple for me.
