Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I got this 996 PCM units from 2001/2002 996.Part numbers are 996-642-104.04 EFR 996-542-122-03 EFR Made by SIEMENS. This one has cassette drive up top and CD drive to right and NAV drive sepearte at bottom. Question: Does this unit handle DSP processing? Thx, Nil

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks Rob. I do have 6 channel OEM amp that has built in DSP equalization. I guess it is just matter of hooking up with right harnesses.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
