This stuff was inside the tire kit on my 2003 C4S. It was in the bag with the wheel key. There's an envelope marked 996 637 344 00 "1 Kennring" containing red and yellow plastic bits. I'm guessing these are the tiny brake calipers from the disk-brake keyring. There are two angular black plastic bits with a post on one side and a hole on the other, marked HGM and >PP-GF<, plus L or R. Finally, a one-inch square abrasive pad. Any idea what all this is?

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

the blk plastic are front plate posts that attach to bumper. the rest is a mystery. maybe mcD toy! LOL
The yellow and red plastic bits are for your keys. One goes on one key and the other on the other key, so that you can tell them apart. In the event there are two drivers each can have their own key and tell them apart - a way of personalizing.
