Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Will 997 wheels from a 2009 997 fit a 2003 996 NB?

POST 3Original post

what are the offsets on the 09 wheels? if the fronts are 19 X 8, et 44 or greater, yes. rears, 19 X 11, et 60 or greater, yes. Is your car lowered? if the wheel is too close to the fender, you may have to roll the lip. as the offset increases, the more likely you will want to try spacers to bring the wheel closer to the edge of the fender.

Front 235/40 R 18 18x8 J ET 45 Rear 265/40 R 18 18x9 J 1/2 ET 49

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

My car has stock suspension.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

One more thing. They are Victor Equipment wheels not stock.

POST 7Original post

kinda skinny - thay should fit...get a second opinion because I dont have it memorized

POST 8Original post

The front should be fine. You may have to put spacers at the back though.

POST 9Original post

they sound like boxster/cayman designed wheel sizes, not 997 wheels. however, those victor equipment rims and tires will fit your car. they are not ideal. the rear wheel is thinner than oem. the rear tire is 4% bigger than the front tire. your psm may not be happy.

POST 10Original post

Just look it up on the Victor Equipment application guide: http://www.victorequipmentwheels.com...uide/index.php And then check it here: http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

glad we could help, now go get some 18 X 10's and put some meat on those rears.
