Notice the height of the cars is almost the same? I don't think Porsche gets enough credit with their move to water cooling - the fundamental design concepts are remarkably similar. I love the rear of the 993, but it's the front that always caused me problems. Likewise, I love the front of my 964, but the rear is weak. The C4S is the whole package, though...

I sold my 28,000 mile C4S - Arena Red - ROW M030 & more to buy my 996TT. It took me nearly two years to warm up to the 996TT. Some days I long for the 993 C4S when Porsche reached the zenith of their 911 design style. Oh those were the days! Cheers,

That's correct. I was just stating how much I loved the 993 C4S and 996 C4S. The 997 C4S loses it's rear reflector, and that's a shame. I'm guessing Porsche brings back the rear reflector in the 998. jmtc, Rob

Well OK, since asses are the talk of the day, here's mine. Like that off-center badge? That's a dealer take-off-stock-relocate-to-areo-lid job from the previous owner back in the day. Nice... I'm gonna fix it soon, it's driving me nuts.
