Spent Saturday in the country with a couple people from work. I came in the 996 and someone else came in their Ferrari 360 Spider. Luckily, everyone was feeling good and we all got a decent amount of time in each others car. Having never driven a 360, I was struck as to how supple the car was. My car has been cranked on in the suspension department, but I was also under the opinion that Ferrari's came from the factory, almost ready to race. I am sure there is a fair bit of structural rigidity lost in the Spider, but I was not blown away. That said, I am now really frothing a the bit to drive a CS, as I guess a CS is essentially the equivalent of a Porsche RS or GT3 and I am sure its night and day with a Spider in terms of handling and performance. Anyway, the results are as follows. 3 for the Porsche, 1 for the Ferrari. I bet you can guess who voted for the Ferrari! So, I guess if I ever go for a Ferrari, it will have to be for a CS... By the way, when I was driving the Spider, by head was sticking a coupe inches above the roof line. Would a 6' 2" person even fit in a hard top 360? Just thought I would share my weekend car experience on my local car forum.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
