I'm thinking of selling and possible going the Cayman S route. What do you think my 996 would sell for? Here are the details from memory without referencing records: Model: 996.2 Targa manufactured 1/2002 Miles: 26,xxx 3rd owner with service records from day 1 Exterior: Seal Gray - condition 9 out of 10 Interior: Black - condition 9 out of 10. One very small scratch on the shifter and one on the back of the driver's side sport seat. I bought the CPO car in November 2009 with 13,500 miles with the 15k service completed, so CPO coverage through November 2011. Maintenance since purchase during the last 13k miles: 2 oil changes, 1 brake fluid flush, spark plugs, air filter, plus Griot's products galore. Various repairs under CPO: RMS, Fuel pump, plus several other items that I will need to look up if I post a for sale ad with much more detail. Options IXME: Rear section of centre console painted M139: Heated seats M375: Sport seats M411: 18" Carrera wheels M476: PSM M601: Xenons IX47: Gear lever **** in Carbon/leather IX58: Handbrake lever in Carbon/leather M680: Bose M692: 6 CD changer Dealer added: Gen 2 rocker panel kit Will need tires since they are getting close to the wear bars. If I sell this spring, I'll work on that with the potential buyer since they may have specific tire wants vs what I may put on the car. I have done 2 DE events with no issues. Car will be stock except the 997 shifter will stay in place. I would probably take off the Fabspeed and H&R rear sway and sell separately. See picture in avatar. Body is near perfect except one very small ding on the driver's side rear hip...very minor though.
