I'm having to take my car into service soon and was wondering what loaners are given out for the different dealerships in the Washington DC area? I would prefer a loaner Porsche if I can get one. Does anyone have any experience? Thanks

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

It depends on which dealership you go to. I think most of them contract out to car rental agencies since it is expensive to maintain a fleet of Porsches. HBL contracts with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and so you get your choice of the usual Ford Taurus, Ford Contour, Toyota Corolla, etc. It wouldn't matter so much except HBL's service department seems to always be backed up so you end up driving the POS loaner for 3 days or more. The last time I brought my car in for service they cracked on of my rocker panels! Had to order the part from Ruf in Germany and the car was in their body shop for 3 weeks. They did right by me though and gave me a Cayenne S loaner while the car was in the shop. .: programmatore :.
