Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

It's been a couple of years on this forum (and a few years on the Cayenne one). Expecting a new one so after discussions, decided I needed a more practical DD (managed to keep the car after the first baby but now we must divide and conquer!) In any event, I can't say I have been a huge contributor to this forum but I was an avid reader and always enjoyed it. While many people tend to focus on "engine failures" and the like, this forum always provided me with more comfort than paranoia, especially when searching small issues such as when my oil prressure sending unit gave out, etc. To all those regular contributors, I say thank you. Now the good news; the deal with my significant other is that I compromise now but no debate in a few years when I want to get back to 911, this time a Turbo. Other decent news, new car is an Audi RS4. Really the best sedan I could find (especially given my winter driving). Carpe diem.

POST 2Original post

Good Luck and don't be a stranger you can still drop by with an Audi or a Turbo. Got any Audi pics?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

No pictures yet. Will do though. It's Phantom Black or black. Actually quite a bit of fun to drive. Unbelievable engine.

POST 4Original post

You're gonna love the RS4 - good luck w/ the family and come back soon w/ a turbo!

POST 5Original post

I am also looking at RS4s also - sweet ride and family friendly

POST 6Original post

good move... we'll miss ya. Pics of the new beast!

POST 7Original post

WOW! RS4!! Don't get spoiled. We love you here. While this may seem like goodbye to you, I feel confident you'll be a lurker.

POST 8Original post

RS4 - unbelievable car. You'll find that it is an amazing vehicle. I've got an Audi for my DD and I'm passionate about my Porsche (I've learned not to say "love" my Porsche or love "skiing" - not that it's bad to do, but, I love my wife and child and am passionate about everything else!)

POST 9Original post

Great car, just watch out for the understeer. I love my A3. Okay, I'm going to go beat my wife and kick the dog now.
