what the hell is that white stuff???? rs...it hasnt rained since last week. We have a chance of rain tomorrow, 20%. Ah at least the reservoirs are full, and the plants and canyons are all greened out! I remeber spring in NY/NJ...rained for nearly 3 straight months. THAT sucked. We've had all our rain for the next 2 years!
