No. I have them on my C4S Cab, and they simply say "Carrera" but I've seen others with the full logo, and wondered if it was a mistake. The plastic black ones have the logo correctly, but I'm waiting to find a C4S owner with them in stainless, from the factory.

My Cab-4's are stainless and just say "Carrera". From the looks of this thread, they didnt make a stainless Carrera 4 or Carrera 4s sill plate!?
