Want to buy - Porsche Motorsports Oiling Kit for 3.4L 996. Kit no longer made. Anyone know where to buy or how to piece a kit together? I can't locate an old post where someone outlined the components and intsallation of the kit. Part numbers would be GREAT! Is the Brey-Krause spacer kit any good? Thanks!

I don't know, but the previous owner of my car did it and I just had to have the entire engine replaced. The dealer said though that it had nothing to do with needing a new engine? The valve guides were all worn thus they replaced it under warranty.
Does a 3.6 need it as well/much as the 3.4?
Do a search and there are some posts with all the numbers. The only way is to buy the parts piece meal. I would help, but I'm at work now. But, when I bought the kit about 6 months ago there were only 20 available worldwide per PAG.
They all do. That's why it's part of the X51 package. However, do you really need it...probably not unless you're racing.
