Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Welcome to Maryland! I'm in Columbia. Check out the local board www.dorkiphus.com as well.

I may have one that you can use. I bought my car in PA and it did not have a front plate. I bought the kit from Pelican BEFORE I discovered the original bracket was in the spare tire bag! Doh! You can have it for free. Just pay me shipping. PM me. BTW...I have a 2003. Not sure if it fits on a 1999.

POST 4Original post

I just got a 2000 996 Cabrio for my wife (a pretty good trade, don't you think?). Anyway, I also need to put on a front plate. The previous owner didn't need the plate in front and I guess the plate holder was lost. Anyone out there got one they don't need? Thanks.
