I'd like to get some new front mats for my Ocean Blue 2000 C2 cab with metropol blue interior. I've heard that the Lloyds mats are good quality. I need some help with the Porsche lettering and trim color. Does anyone have some photos to share?

POST 2Original post

I have metropol blue interior, Dark blue lettering and trim. Sorry, no interior pics. I have ordered floyds before for previous rides and qualify is superior. I did with Red letters / black trim on my black interior boxster. What do you currently have?

I have the factory metropol blue mats with the Porsche letters engraved. I just want to add some zip. Do you think the red lettering would look out of place?

POST 4Original post

I also considered getting the red PORSCHE logo Checks this link to give you some ideas http://www.lloydmats.com/logos_Porsche.htm

POST 5Original post

I picked up a set of Lloyds mats that were on closeout from suncoast. They are medium gray in color with black lettering. I think they work well with my Metropol blue interior.

POST 6Original post

I have a set of brand new Porsche OE Lloyds mats in the box for a '99, '00, '01 without Bose, Space Grey which is a shade darker than the light Graphite Grey. Comes with a new clip for drivers side to keep it from sliding forward. Black P O R S C H E lettered, $75.00 for all 4 mats, free shipping too! PM if wanted

Thanks for the offer. That is a good deal but I don't think grey is what I am looking for. Maybe someone else will see them and snap them up.

POST 9Original post

I went Amish. I bought the Lloyds Luxe mats with no logo. With the embossed seat leather, the crest in the wheel, not much more need to remind myself what kind of car I'm in. Overall the interior feels a little less cluttered. And I like that. As far as Lloyds quality goes I think the Ultimats are on par with OEM. Luxe are a little better -- but still overpriced from my tightwad perspective.

POST 10Original post

Porsche has a 20% off parts coupon special this winter - go to your local Porsche dealer website and download a coupon. New OEM floor matts in what ever color you want will end up around $160

POST 11Original post

Go with Lloyds. I just got mine today and the quality is excellent. They have a unique system of hooking the mats to your seat slider rails. I don't know about you but ever car i've had that has velcro has had problems. The velcro parts breaks apart from the mat.

Those look very nice! Thanks for the pics. I wonder how dark blue with red lettering would look in my metropol blue interior?

POST 13Original post

For a blue interior, I would probably go with a different color for the lettering. Blue and red kind of clash. BTW mine are the Ultimat, not the LUXE mats.
