Hey guys, What oil pressure are you running at, say, 3000 RPM when your engine is fully warmed up? I'm somewhere around 4 bars, and I'm just wondering if that's normal. And yes, I know that there's a million factors that can affect this, and that this may eventually fall apart and become a "whose-oil-is-better" argument. Cheers, -- Mike

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I ran at 3k RPM yesterday for 2 hours coming back from skiing in the White Mtns. and was at 4 bar, Mobil 1 0w-40w, between 87-90 degrees Celsius. Hope that helps.
Thanks guys - that's exactly what I wanted to hear. My readings are close enough to yours to tell me that things are probably fine. Cheers, -- Mike
