Hey guys My 911 the bolts look tired, and I almost choked on my sandwich when I looked at the price of new ones, so I am exploring alternatives. Has anybody seen these guys at Pelican? http://www.pelicanparts.com/cgi-bin/...361-203-01-M36 Look for "Lug Bolt Caps" No photos available from them, so I was hoping somebody else had one. I have stock 17s and was considering the chrome caps. Cheers Mark

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

What color are your lugs now? If they are black,a rattle can of black spray paint can do wonders. Because of the recessed lug holes, you really only see the heads, so even if your paint application is less than perfect, they look good. Even silver ones look great when freshened with matching paint.
I agree with Matt. I bought a can of 'automotive silver' from Autozone and sprayed my lugs. They dried quickly, look brand new and the paint seems to be lasting pretty well. Good luck!
