I notice a bulb missing in the passenger side rear tail light. Put one in and turned on the rear fogs and I think its just a fog, not fogs. Is it just on the drivers side rear?

Perhaps you should start a new thread instead of piggybacking on something that is totally unrelated. The rear fogs on the US and most European nations calls for a single rear fog light on the driver's side. In the UK the requirement is for two--one on each side.

From manual Fog lights in addition to parking lights or low beam: Pull switch to first click. Indicator light on. The fog lights will go out automatically when the high beams are switched on. Rear fog light in addition to the fog lights: Pull switch to second click. Indicator light on. Parking light right/left Only when ignition key is withdrawn: Pull switch out slightly in position "0" and turn to - parking-light position left - parking-light position right. Parking lights and side marker lights are lit on the selected side. If the ignition key is withdrawn and the door is opened while the lights (not the parking light lef/right) are on, a gong warns of possible battery discharge. Insome countries, differences are possible due to provisions of law.
