the hollow TT wheels on a 996TT with sport design wheels? Like the SD look better.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Performance wise, yes. Aesthetically, your call.
Is your car a 996 Turbo? If so, you cannot get the Sport Design in an 11" width for the rear.
Do whatever you like, unless your a track junky and need the minute weight savings (if there is one). SD's are sweet looking wheels.
You will need spacers to do that, FWIW I had the Sport Designs on my 00 C4 Aero Cab and they are not light wheels. They look great but have a heavy feel.
Sport Designs look great (I have them) but what a PITA to clean!!!
go with sport technos
I just repalced the SD's on my car with 5-spokes. I LOVE THE SD's but such the PITA to clean. Bought a set of new "take-offs" and coated them nicely with NXT generation (meguiar's). Similar to the RejeX product. I am so looking forward for ease of clean. As for the SD's I am going to have them painted black (like Johannes GTS CS) as use them as my track wheels.
