I think they could be the "Mod" wheel by Axis Wheels... http://www.axiswheels.com/mod.htm Are you looking to get a set? I think I have a friend who might be able to get you a decent deal on them (it's funny you posted, because he just asked me if I was interested in getting a set this morning) which is why I was looking at them (and recognized them).

mightytaco, The "Mod" wheel on axiswheels.com certainly looks close. However, they only make the 19's in 19x8. Any thoughts?

I know By Design was selling those wheels, as I saw them on two of their cars when I was in LA. Or you can always just call the seller of the vehicle and just ask about the wheels, they look very nice.
