Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Someone on the list was very nice to hook me up with an M030. I will let this person come forward if they wish. I got the sway bars and shocks and springs with abotu 26K miles on it all. Are the drop links the same? Are the springs the same from the c4-c2 in the front for the m303? Thanks, I plan on Pee-ing off the wife tonight and getting right on this.... "how to thread" on the way. Still aint gots no beer.... Going to need to stop on the way home.

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The only thing I can find is springs from "H&R" nothing abotu the stock m030 springs.

POST 3Original post

good luck with the install Kyle.... there are some info on spring rates of all OEM suspension around here somewhere....

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yeah I did a search. But as always too many opinions and not enough facts..... I forgot to look at PET for part numbers at the office today. I found a few members that really seem to know what they are talking about. I sent a few PM's

POST 5Original post

cool... let us know how you make out. Curious how this will pan out.

POST 6Original post

USM030 or RoWM030? Also, the package is different between the C2/C4 Coupe/CAB Manual/Tip so the package you got is not made for your car. Will it fit? Of course it will. Is it correct? Sorry, no.

I figured that out. What I dont know is What are the ramifications? Will it be better than whats on it now? What if I cherry pick it and just do the larger sways?

POST 8Original post

Anything is beter than the us stock. That front end rise is too much! If it fits go for it.

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

No I am not going to do it. If I cant do it right, I refuse to hack it up. I offered the parts back to the original owner first. Other that that I am going to try to get my original quest of a set of stock rear shocks out of it... Sorry, I cant do a 1/2 assed job to a 60K (when new) car. Cant do it.. It is going to eat at me like no tomorrow. I do feel extreemly guilty about this. I should have checked this BEFORE I took the guys offer

What's the difference between the ROW and US (ride height, spring rates, etc.)? I drove one a 40th, so I suspect that one has the USM030. I've been debating on the ROW030, so hopefully it's different (better) than the US version.

POST 12Original post

Row actually lowers the car. USM030 retains the same 4x4 ride height
