Hi, I have a 2000 996 convertible, with a worn original black center consol. I need to replace it, or fix it. I was thinking carbon at first, unfortunately it was too expensive at $1200. Then someone suggested a silver center consol. I have seen yellow ones, but no silver consols. So, does anyone have a picture of a silver consol? Could I paint the one I have, or do I need to buy a new one? Any ideas where to buy them? All answers would be very appreciated! Thanks, Johan
