I received my ROW M030 suspension and the front struts do not have a lower spring perch. Are the aluminum ones on the car to be removed and reused? Thanks.

Where did you get them from? Do you have pics? If your new struts did not come with the perches than you need to re-use your old one. I think that will work. The perch should be the same....it is the strut and springs that are different.

I got them from suncoast brand new, they ordered the kit directly from Germany.

Does the pic on Suncoast match what you recieved? The suncoast pic has the perch.

It does not match that picture, but that's a very generic looking picture with stamped steel perches not aluminum ones.
