Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Just wanted to let you guys know - I got my car detailed today to get ready for sale. I was suprised last time I washed the car how hazy and dull the finish had become. Most of the problem came from when the car sat outside in the rain for 5 weeks while waiting for the motor to be redone. Anyway, on my buddy's recommendation, I called Ray at Phillips Auto in Newport Beach [phone removed]. I gotta tell you, these guys made the car look like new! I have owned the car 2 years and the finish has never looked so good, plus they used something on the back plastic window to remove the haze and that also looks like new. I will post some pics later here, and on my "my car is now for sale" topic, but just wanted to give them a strong recommendation. Plus, I took my car in last night, and they called me at 1:30 today for pickup. They charged $205 for detail, the back window, and some light color sanding of scratches. Looks awesome. Highly recommended!

Great to hear, Joe - glad your car is looking new. Too bad your Porsche relationship had to end on a sour note.
