Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The PCA held its 3rd Annual Open House at the PCA Headquarters in Virginia. There was a pretty good turnout and it was nice to meet old friends and new members. We got a tour of the PCA Headquarters and got to see a lot of cool memorabilia from past Porsche Parades, etc. I got there at the right time -- as I was going through the gate, Vu came up and asked me if I was staying for a while because they were looking for a demo car that they can install window tint on for one of the sponsors. Free window tinting, are you kidding me? Score! I opted for the 50% tint to keep it legal in Virginia. Lord knows the car gets enough attention from Fairfax County's finest. I like it though. I already noticed that the A/C wasn't working as hard on the drive back this afternoon. I just wish I didn't have a plastic rear window that can't be tinted! All in all, today was a good day.

POST 2Original post

Looks like a nice day with a great bonus! Thanks for sharing the pics.

POST 3Original post

Looks like it had a nice variety of past and present and water and air cooled P-cars! But nothing beats free tinting!

POST 4Original post

Hey man, I am the guy that was asking you about where you got your bumper painted. It was good meeting you yesterday, and if your tint turns out nice, I think I might get mine done from him too.

POST 5Original post

Thanks for sharing, nice collection of P-cars, and good timing on that tint job!
