Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'd like more aggressive alignment settings yielding a bit less understeer on corner entry but I'm unsure whether this is doable w/ the OEM suspension links. On my S4 Avant, I had to change out all the upper/lower links in order to have the ability to go beyond a specific point. If so, what is the baseline good setup? I gather they let you fiddle w/ OEM a little bit if not a lot. I figure a good alignment is in order even though the car doesn't really wander after 77K miles. TIA.

POST 2Original post

Not much, I've got an '02 C4S and the most neg camber I could get was slightly less than 0.5 degree. I finally gave in and had the PSS10 installed. I'm now running about 1.5 degree neg and love the nice sharp turn-in. Haven't seen you at an Audi Club event in some time. Will you be at Sears Point in October?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

that's why i'm asking! i'll be there at Sears Point this year. Been doing a lot of travelling so something had to give and it was track duty. I thought about adding coilovers but it's a slippery slope and I have my name into the 997 GT3RS II hat. how do you like the PSS10? who sells them that's cheap?

POST 4Original post

I love the PSS10, although I've only had it on the track once since install at Thunderhill Great turn in, and no understeer - yet, although I'm still trying. Looks great with the lower ride hieght too. Nobody does PSS10s for cheap that I know of, but you might be able to find a deal on the PSS9s as they're "last year's model". I had mine done at Shark Werks in Fremont, great shop, great guys. See you at Sears - opps, I mean Infineon.
