Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Finally after dreaming 911s since I was a kid, I got ownership of my very own '02 996 Targa last Friday! Here are a few pics! Just one question at the moment - can you direct me to a DIY guide on how to paint my center console? I really like the look of the body color painted consoles and mine is in a relatively bad shape. At this time though, I feel quite hesitant paying $350+ for a professionally painted unit. So any advice is very welcome!

Congrats!! Nice Very nice! and welcome to Rennlist!

POST 4Original post

Welcome. Really nice looking Targa. If you don't want to do a DIY, try Bumperplugs for the center console.
