Hey guys, For anyone itching for a good drive, meeting up with some fellow Rennlisters, and enjoying some good racing…..mark your calendars! We will be taking a nice drive to the ALMS Race @ Lime Rock ( http://www.americanlemans.com ). It’s the professional race that features prototypes and GT cars (Porsche, Ferrari, BMW, etc.). If you’ve never been to Lime Rock, it’s one of the best spectator tracks around….nice rolling hills. We will also be looking to meet up with fellow Rennlisters driving up from NJ/NY (Arrwin’s group). Rumor has it that we’ll have a special parking area for Pcars. Caravan Details Date: Saturday, July 18th Time: 7:00 AM Meeting Location: Lexington, MA (more details to follow) may pick a spot along the MA Pike to pick up folks west of Boston. I'll probably be going to the event at Lime Rock, but I'll be driving direct up US 7, as I'm in Connecticut.
I'm interested and will keep an eye on the 993 thread for updates. Have tickets for the Porsche corral gone on sale yet?
AU Porsche, It'd be great to have you join the ride...always fun meeting some others. If the weather is good, Limerock is just a great place to be a spectator. The details are still pending on the Porsche Only parking. The NY group is spearheading it. I don't think it's full Porsche Platz like previous years with the tent, but still better than mass parking.

you can pay extra for porsche only parking in the infield (as can corvettes) see you guys up there!
alright guys, the Lizards won and extend their championship lead over Risi Ferrari. Got any pics of the corral? Did you get to see the new "walkway" they built right up next to the track? that looked pretty cool.
