Anyone have these on their 996? They seem to have the tread of the MXX3 but with the construction of the Pilot Sport underneath. Needing new shoes soon. Currently on P-Zero Assym. Great on dry, poor longevity (12K), noisy at the end of their life. Lastly, does the Rib have the wheel rim protector? The Zeros don't.
I have them. Yes they have the rim protector bead and I like that feature. They are great in wet and dry but a little noisy Right Viken ?
if i'm choosing a set of new tire i wouldn't go for the PS Rib. came with it on mine 03 Turbo i found those tires are pretty hard & the ride comfort sucks. i'd go with the new Pilot Sport 2 instead.
